what’s included

  • All bed linen, bath towels, pool towels. Linen and bath towels changed weekly for stays over 10 days, mini mid stay clean included

  • Final clean

  • Fan oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine

  • Induction hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer

  • Store cupboard basics are always available

    What’s not

  • Pool heating is extra at £150 per week. From mid October to April this is not available, but perfect for May, June and September visits

  • Logs for open fire (not available during summer months)

Please note our terms & conditions

  • Our changeover day is Friday and in high season, our minimum stay is 7 nights. We try to be flexible at other times, please ask.

  • Villa Frida is a family home and we ask that you respect it as such and your neighbours in the domaine during your stay.

  • Arrival is normally after 3 pm and departure is by 10 am 

  • To confirm a booking, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The remainder is due 6 weeks prior to your stay.  We also require a refundable damage deposit of £500 at this time and any extras such as pool heating are due now.  We will send you a short terms and conditions form when the balance of payment is due.

  • Cancellation

    Your booking deposit is not refundable.

    If you cancel 4-6 weeks prior to your holiday, 35% of the balance of payment will also be due.

    If you cancel less than 28 days prior to your holiday, 100% of the amount is normally due.  However, sometimes it is possible to take another booking and this will be taken into account if relevant regarding a partial refund of the amount.

    COVID - 19

    Should it be necessary to cancel a trip as a result of COVID-19, you will be offered options.

    We look at all the options, eg rolling over the deposit and booking to a future date. Please make sure you have comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation for all other reasons.

    CANCELLATION BY US

    You will be informed as soon as is possible and you will have the choice of accepting either a change of booking dates or cancelling your booking and receiving a full refund.  We reserve the right to cancel a booking in any circumstances if the balance of payment for a booking is not received prior to the holiday.
